I have 3 kinds of Events available, as well as the traditional parties.:
A Workshop is free. A Hostess (that could be you!) holds the event, sends out invitations and provides simple refreshments or whatever is more suitable.
I demonstrate 3 projects (usually a box and 2 cards, or a box, a card and a Scrapbook page) and everyone gets to make one. Orders are placed, and the Hostess can earn Hostess benefits - free Hostess-only stamp sets and merchandise from the catalogue! This is a great way to get introduced to Stampin' Up products and go home with 3 different beautiful pieces of art you made yourself. Workshops are suitable to everyone - from Beginners to Advanced artists. Fun is guaranteed and everyone will pick up on tricks and tips!

A Stamp-a-Stack is another very fun way of creating cards - the group gets to make a stack of cards in a short amount of time. Because of the time limit, everyone makes the same cards with the same material. Stamp-a-Stacks can be held in my home or yours, and starts at a cost of $10 for 6 cards, but this can be adjusted to suit the time-frame and the groups needs. Cards that use more material an embellishments will cost more. Simpler cards will be at the start cost.
How many cards do we make during a Stamp-a-Stack?
We usually make 6 cards with matching envelopes, using 2 or more designs. Usually the cards are wuite different, but use the same pieces of cardstock, in a couple of different colors, as well as the same embellishments. If you wish you can make 6 identical cards or use the design variations. It's up to you!
How much does a Stamp-a-Stack night cost?
If yu use your own adhesive, $10.00 for 6 cards. If you would rather use my adhesive, the charge is $15.00. This cost includes all the cardstock, embellishments and 6 envelopes.
Is the cardstock pre-cut?
Yes, everything is pre-cut and ready for you. This way you spend the time making the cards and experimenting with the materials. I also assemble each project in a beuatiful white paper bag so yu can take your creations home well protected and organized.
How long does a Stamp-a-Stack class take?
My evening classes are at 7pm for a 7:30 start, and we always start on time. Speedy workers are often finished by 9-9:30, and those who work at a more leisurely pace are usually done by 10pm.
How many people will I share a class with?
I take 4 to 6 people per class max. I set it up so half of the table works on one design while the other does the second design. This way all material is shared by only 2 to 3 people at a time. When you are finished with your project you can immediately switch to the other group to make the second design.
Can you come do a Stamp-a-Stack in my house?
Sure! Invite some friends and drop me an email (mcmillan206@gmail.com)- we will taylor the class to you and your needs, and decide how many cards we can do together !

A Technique Class is a fun class where you will learn different (not necessarily more difficult) Stamping Techniques. You can make 2 cards for $15, and take home technique notes too. I normally hold these classes in my home with no more than 3 beginners at a time.

A Project Class is where you make a 3D item like a set of cards and matching box. These vary in price, depending on the materials used. These classes are a bit more demanding and sometimes take two 3 hour days to finish, depending on the degree of difficulty. I normally have up to 6 advanced people or no more than 3 beginners.
