...and this year, I am a basket case. Literally. I wanted to create a basket with a nice shape - tired of the square ones, with hard edges... So here it is - my very own Easter Basket. I have made about 8 so far, all different... here's some:
I used the new Rich Razzleberry ribbon and Cottage Wall paper, together with the Big Shot and Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder on Old Olive paper to create this one..
A total mix of stamp sets, papers, punches and accessories to create this one...
The new Autumn Traditions DSP, Soft Suede and Two-Step Bird Punch for this one, together with Pocket Silhouette Stamp set, Circle Brads and Pretties Kit on this cutie...
Rich Razzleberry and a very cool new feature: a scene of the Cottage Garden Stampset clear mount, on a H block... together with the new DSP and old flower brads and rhinestones...
There are a few more, but those I will post when I get the eggs and fill paper so you can see how absolutely cute they look. I love them. Truly !!
Well, then. Sick and tired of making cards only ? Okay, so my next Stamp-a-Stack class will feature a box as well !! Take a peek at how gorgeous this looks - and what a great gift it makes as well !
See, I sometimes give my handmade cards as a gifts for ThanksGiving, or simply as a little thing when the opportunity arises - the teachers, for example, love them... they can use them as part of the zillion they need to send out at Christmas, or add to presents - and last day of school is always full of stuff they get and (let's be honest) throw away asap !! So c'mom ladies, let's make some boxes! In one class you have enough time to make at least 2 boxes and 8 cards (plus envelopes). See you then !

Oh man... thank goodness we're back to a reasonable 21C today - even though it's rainy and gray. C'mon, 40C is just not sanitary!!! My birds were complaing, my dog was grouchy and I was sweaty yesterday. No siree, me no likey.
Now, since projects are all about unity and balance, I decided I had to make more of the same combo I used for the drawer to make it complete... And here they are: A card with the matching design and one of the best things I came up with as far as a gift that everyone just appreciates: a tea bag card. As soon as time permits and now that I have my new camcorder and know how to use it, I will post a tutorial on how to make them. Check always - who knows when time will be abundant enough ??!?

I'd wanted to make a 3D flower card for a while, was just waiting for the right opportunity... Mostly, I was inspired by an Origami book I have laying around. I love the color combination and the result of the folding is really rich. This one is going to an older lady whose heart is only smaller than her smile... My 91 year old grandma.
Her favorite colors are blue and brown so I know she will love the combination of Chocolate Chip and Night of Navy... It makes for an elegant card!
These are quick and easy - and make ay party look gorgeous !
