I did not like the Trimmings stampset when I saw it, but decided to give it a try, anyway.. and it turns out I love it now! I wanted to have another simple but elegant card, with a different image this time... so I jsut started on a series using the Tree Trimming stamps, working with one color plus embossing at a time. Love it !

I am working on the incredible amount of cards I have to send this Christmas - and here's one from today... even though I made about 18 today alone, all different !!
I love this one because it's easy to make and yet it looks like a million bucks ! And it's elegant - I love the going gray / red riding hood (hee hee) combo, especially topped with the gorgeous tafetta ribbon and silver embossing powder on whisper white !!
ah, I am definitely getting into the whole Christmas spirit already. Where is my snow ??!?
If you haven't purchased the gorgeous Walk in the Park DSP, the oval punches, the Great Friend stamp set, the Oval All stamp set, etc etc... well act NOW!
Remember that the products in the MINI are available for a limited time only - and this one will be gone November 30th !!
On December 1st, none of these will be available any more, so don't miss the opportunity to get the most gorgeous stamps and the INDISPENSABLE scalloped oval punch.
Don't tell me I didn't remind you!!
I spent the most lovely afternoon with a great bunch of beautiful, creative and fun women! Thank you for all the fun! Fiona and I had a blast creating with all of you - we appreciate your time and your donations - we raised more than $500 and the Breast Cancer Research Center truly appreciates it! A Big Thank You to Stampin' Up for providing all the wonderful goodies we could distribute amongst our fabulous girls today!

Here's to all of you girls who made this such a special afternoon. Hope to see you soon to play some more!
and flowers to Fiona who generously donated her home, her time and her great sense of humor that made this a memorable event.
Cheers !
Wow - it has been so much fun to prepare for the Girl's Night In tomorrow ! Fiona and I have been really busy with the preparations to an afternoon that promises to be a lot of fun! Are you ready ?
Also, thinking ahead a little, I am sure you are - like me - already putting together some of the zillion Christmas cards you need to send out to those special friends and family members who live far away...
Next week I will be having 3 classes on Christmas cards - here's a sample of what we will be making... You will make 10 cards of the same series - you may vary the color of the card stock if you wish. See you tomorrow !
